How to reorder PDF pages in 3 steps
1.Upload your PDF
Drop your document onto the upload area. PDF Surgeon lists every page so you can see the current order before changing anything.
2.Move or duplicate pages
Select a page and choose where it should go, or duplicate a page you need twice. Each change is added as a step you can reorder or remove.
3.Preview, run and download
Check the previewed page order, run the surgery, and download the reorganized PDF once it has been validated.
Steps are applied in order, so you can combine reordering with deleting or inserting pages in one pass.
Frequently asked questions
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
- Your file is sent over an encrypted connection, rearranged in memory and returned straight away. It is never saved to disk, never shared and nothing is retained after your result is delivered.
How do I change the page order in a PDF for free?
- Upload your document, select a page and choose its new position, repeat for any other pages, then preview the new order, run the surgery and download. Free, with no account needed.
Can I duplicate a page instead of moving it?
- Yes. Duplicating a page adds a second copy wherever you choose while leaving the original in place.
Do I need to register?
- No registration, no email and nothing to install.
